Academic Qualifications

Senior Secondary Education: Candidates must have completed their 12th-grade or equivalent education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) from a recognized board.

Subject Combination: Applicants should have chosen any three of the specified subjects, including Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship.

Minimum Marks: A general criterion is securing a minimum of 45% marks in the 12th-grade examinations, with a 5% relaxation for reserved categories.

Diploma Holders

Eligibility for Diploma Graduates: Individuals who have passed a diploma course of a minimum of 3 years in any stream of engineering and technology are also eligible. They must have achieved at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
Lateral Entry

Diploma in Engineering and Technology: Candidates with a diploma in any branch of engineering and technology, having completed at least three years of study, and secured the requisite percentage, can apply for lateral entry into the second year of the BTech program.

Entrance Examinations

National Level Tests: Aspiring students may need to qualify in national-level engineering entrance examinations. Some colleges also accept scores from specific entrance tests designed for aeronautical engineering admissions.
